Currently we have an opening for a full-time intensive in home, Qualified Professional (QP, see qualifications below) to serve clients in the Stokes County area.
We offer a generous retention bonus for intensive in home QP:
$250-after successful completion of 90 day, $250-after successful completion of 8 months, and $1000 after successful completion of one year and then $1500 subsequent years.

Summary:
Intensive In-Home Team Members are responsible for identifying and understanding the needs of the family.
The Qualified Professional is responsible for multiple tasks related to the clinical/therapeutic functions of Intensive In-Home services, including scheduling, providing therapeutic interventions/activities, maintaining clinical records and the completing multiple service requirements
Qualifications:
Minimal requirement is a 4-year college degree in a human service field with either 2 years' experience with population served or Certification or license from governing board or 4-year degree in another field with 4 years of accumulated experience with population.
Basic academic skills to teach skill building activities document and maintain required records for facility (i.
e.
, daily attendance logs, mileage logs, MAR, etc.
).
Preference will be given to bilingual Spanish speaking candidates.

Negotiable hourly rate for training period, once training period complete pay would transfer to contact rate of $100 per contact (minimum of 8 contacts per week).
